Wallet balance is non-refundable as cash. However, it can always be used for future orders. Order charges are refunded to your wallet (not externally) if a service fails to deliver.

1. Wallet Balance

Funds added to your SMM.BZ wallet are non-refundable to external payment methods (UPI, bank, etc.). Your wallet balance never expires and can be used for any service at any time.

In exceptional circumstances (account closure, technical errors), we may consider wallet refunds at our sole discretion. Please contact support to discuss your case.
